The terms under which the Snowtrack Payment listed below provides you with Payment Services in connection with your use of the Snowtrack Services are outlined in these Payments Terms of Use. The User Agreement that applies to you will still govern how you use Snowtrack Services. The User Agreement's definitions apply to capitalised terms used in these Payments Terms of Use that are not otherwise defined. The terms governing your use of the Snowtrack Services may be found in the relevant User Agreement, associated Snowtrack, or other agreements between you and us. You acknowledge that these Payments Terms of Use replace any and all such conflicting rules with regard to our Payment Services. By using or utilising our payment services, you agree to abide by these terms of use. If you find any aspect of these Payments Terms of Use offensive, please refrain from using Snowtrack to post products for sale.

I. GENERAL PAYMENT TERMS

1. About Payments on the Snowtrack Services
Payments are executed based on agreements between Snowtrack and buyers.


Payout Currency
The currency for transactions is determined by mutual agreement between Snowtrack and the buyer.

Payout options
Payment options are arranged directly between Snowtrack and the buyer

2. Transaction Fees

There are no additional charges for using Snowtrack’s payment services.

3. Registration and Onboarding
To use our services, you must register and accept these Payments Terms of Use. Snowtrack is not responsible for any losses resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information you provide.

4. Payment Processing and Order Completion

Order Confirmation: Payments must be completed in full before orders are processed.

Finality of Sale: Once payment is made and the order is confirmed, the sale is considered final.

5. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds.

No Returns: All sales on Snowtrack are final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances once goods have been collected or delivered.

No Refunds: Snowtrack does not offer refunds for any products or services once payment has been made and the order is confirmed.

Order Verification: Buyers are encouraged to verify their orders and ensure satisfaction before completing payment and collecting goods.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made prior to payment. Once payment is processed, cancellations cannot be effected.

6. Prohibited Items and Indemnity

Snowtrack does not process payments for prohibited or restricted items. Before listing or purchasing, ensure compliance with Snowtrack’s rules, applicable laws, and any restrictions from payment networks or providers.

You agree to indemnify and reimburse Snowtrack for all reversals, chargebacks, claims, costs, losses, damages, fees, fines, penalties, and other liabilities arising from:
(a) Your breach of these Payments Terms of Use or the User Agreement;
(b) Your violation of any law or third-party rights.

7. Security and Data Protection

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Snowtrack account credentials.

Third-Party Payment Providers: Snowtrack may use third-party providers to process payments, verify identity, or manage compliance. By using our services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data as necessary for payment processing.

8. Amendments

Snowtrack may amend these Payments Terms of Use by notifying you in writing (including posting a revised version on our website) before the changes take effect.

9. Assignment
Snowtrack may assign its rights and obligations under these Payments Terms of Use at its sole discretion and will notify you accordingly.

These Payments Terms of Use incorporate by reference the provisions of the User Agreement to the extent applicable. In the event of any conflict, these Payments Terms of Use will govern. Snowtrack may change, discontinue, or modify features of its payment services at any time.
